Cooper had an eventful week last week! He flew to OH with his dad to spend 5 whole days with his Grammy and Grampy. He was also able to see his cousins, Rhett and Reed, and his Auntie A and Uncle Kenny. Mimi loves having all 3 boys together at once for sleepovers and other fun things so she made sure she had Mimi Camp ready to go at her house last weekend.
I am not going to lie – I was nervous about this trip. Especially because I was not going with Cooper and hubby was not staying with him. Hubby dropped him off and went on a golf trip with his dad for a few days and ended the week picking Cooper back up. Even though I was nervous, I knew that he was in good hands and that it would be good for him to see his family.
And I was right! He had an absolute blast! He rode in toy cars, swam, played with lots of doggies, and got to enjoy time with his family. Because his cousins are close to his age, it was perfect for them to run around and enjoy each other’s company. I even got reports back from Mimi that he was a perfect angel and was incredibly well behaved for his age. That definitely makes me feel good as his momma.
Even though I am thrilled to have him back here with me, I know that I want more experiences like that for him. So since we are finally moving back to the midwest, I know that we can look forward to making many more memories with both sides of our family. #coopsadventures
