I can’t believe Easter is this weekend! This year is already going by so fast! This means there are lots of more firsts for Coop now that he is older and can enjoy some of the fun kid events in our neighborhood. And, that includes Easter Egg Hunts!

Last weekend, there was a free Easter Egg Hunt for kids that I took Coop to. I also brought along my friend Colleen and her daughter, Delaney. Delaney is still a bit too little to really participate but she had so much fun! There were lots of big kids there so we found a spot that once they said go, Coop and Delaney could pick up a couple eggs before they all got picked up.

Coop absolutely loved it! He picked one up and realized it made noise when you shook it so he was all about that. I tried to get him to pick up some more but he was all about shaking the first one. I grabbed a few more for him and he thought they were the coolest thing!

After the egg hunt, we took some pictures of the kids together and just spent some time together. The event had food, a dunk tank, games for kids, and even some bouncy houses. The kids are a bit too young for some of those so we just spent some time catching up and enjoying each other’s company. It was a great way to start the Easter holiday and watch Coop experience some holiday fun! #coopsadventures
